2. Consumer Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your hosting service within the applicable cooling-off period (typically 7–14 days from purchase, depending on your jurisdiction) and receive a full refund if you have not substantially used the service.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your hosting account and associated data will be suspended and subsequently removed according to our data retention policy. Backups may be available for a limited time—contact support if you need to recover data.

4. Exception to the Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel may not apply if you have requested immediate activation of the service, used it substantially, or if the service is fully performed (e.g., domain registration once completed).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Domain registration fees and add-ons may be non-refundable once the service is provisioned.

6. How to Exercise Refund/Cancellation Rights

Submit a cancellation or refund request through your client area at support.hostzera.com, or contact our billing team at support@hostzera.com. Include your account email and order ID.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription services renew automatically. You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges. No refunds are given for partial subscription periods already paid.

8. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have additional rights under consumer protection regulations.
