Hostzera Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Hostzera and the Client regarding the purchase and use of services offered through the website or official sales and support channels.

1. Definitions

  • Company: Hostzera
  • Client: Any person or entity purchasing or using the Company's services.
  • Service: Any service, product, or technical solution provided by the Company.
  • Website: The official Hostzera website.

2. Orders and Service Activation

Services are activated after order review, payment confirmation, and, where necessary, verification of account information. Hostzera reserves the right to refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, false information, or conflict with company policies.

3. Pricing and Billing

All prices shown on the website or otherwise quoted are subject to change before purchase. The Client is responsible for paying all due fees on time in order to maintain uninterrupted service.

4. Renewals and Late Payment

Certain services require recurring renewal. If payment is not received on time, Hostzera may suspend or terminate the Service after any applicable grace period, depending on the type of Service.

5. Cancellation

The Client may request cancellation within the first 72 hours of service activation. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund, which remains subject to the refund policy and the nature/status of the Service.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following:

  • Refunds do not apply to services that have already been fully delivered.
  • Refunds do not apply to domain fees, licenses, third-party services, or inherently non-refundable items.
  • Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, policy violations, or full-value consumption of the Service outside fair refund expectations.

7. Prohibited Use

The Services may not be used for:

  • Spam.
  • Phishing or fraud.
  • Malware or malicious code.
  • Unauthorized crypto mining.
  • Illegal or adult content.
  • Copyright or intellectual property infringement.
  • Attacks against servers, networks, or other users.

8. Complaints and Abuse Handling

Abuse complaints, legal notices, and DMCA requests must be sent to:

abuse@hostzera.com

Hostzera may take appropriate action, including suspension, content removal requests, investigation, or permanent termination where necessary.

9. Technical Support

Technical support is provided through official channels and is limited to what is included in the relevant Service or package. Support does not automatically include advanced administration, development work, or security hardening unless included in a managed service or separate agreement.

10. Unmanaged Services

Where the Service is not fully managed by Hostzera, the Client remains fully responsible for:

  • System administration.
  • Server or website security.
  • Updates and maintenance.
  • Application management.
  • Data protection and backups.

Hostzera shall not be liable for mismanagement, technical errors, breaches, data loss, or indirect damages arising from such unmanaged services.

11. Data and Content

The Client remains solely responsible for all data, files, and hosted content. Hostzera does not proactively monitor all content, but reserves the right to act when a verified complaint, abuse issue, or policy violation arises.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

Hostzera may modify its services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
