30-Day Money Back Guarantee

HostZera offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting plans, subject to the following conditions:

• Refunds are limited to one per customer
  (Multiple services or multiple separate signups are not eligible.)
• Refunds exclude setup fees, which are:
  • Web/Reseller Hosting: $8.95
  • VPS Hosting: $19.95
  • Email Hosting: $8.95
• Refunds do not cover any additional services or addons, including but not limited to:
  • WHMCS licenses or license upgrades
  • Domain registration fees
  • Migrations
  • Dedicated IPs
  • Premium software licenses (e.g., LiteSpeed for VPS)
• A written refund request must be submitted separately from the cancellation request within 31 days of canceling the service.
• Refunds are processed and issued within 31 days of receiving the refund request.
• No refunds are provided for accounts terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
• No refunds will be granted for any services canceled outside the 30-day guarantee period.

72-Hour Money Back Guarantee (Gaming Servers)

HostZera provides a 72-hour money back guarantee for all gaming server products.

If you are not satisfied with the performance of your game server or encounter setup issues:

1. Submit a cancellation request
2. Open a support ticket requesting a refund

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the 72-hour window.

Domain Registrations & Renewals

All domain registrations and renewals are final.
Because HostZera pays registry fees immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds for domain-related transactions.

If your domain was registered with a typo or spelling error, please contact us immediately so we can attempt correction before the domain becomes locked.

Late Invoices

HostZera does not offer invoice extensions.

• All invoices must be paid on the due date.
• A 4-day grace period is provided for overdue invoices.
• After 4 days, accounts become suspended, and a 15% late fee will apply for reactivation.
• Invoices overdue by 14 days may result in account termination.

We will attempt to notify you 24 hours before termination, but this is not guaranteed.

⚠️ Once an account is terminated, all data—including backups—is permanently deleted.
Data cannot be recovered after termination.

Promotional Pricing

Many Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting plans include introductory discounts for new customers.

• All services renew at the standard regular rates.
• For the best pricing, HostZera recommends choosing:
  • Annual billing (12 months)
  • Biennial billing (24 months)
  • Triennial billing (36 months)

Prices displayed on our website reflect the lowest possible rate based on long-term billing cycles.
